The best aspects of my stay were the hotel's cleanliness and the convenience of its location. My room was cleaned every day, ensuring a comfortable and tidy environment. The hotel's proximity to the Termini train station made it extremely convenient for transportation and exploring the city. Within walking distance, there were plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from, providing a variety of dining options. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The room was clean and safe, with security cameras for added peace of mind. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing me with a map and pointing out transportation options and attractions. The continental breakfast was decent, although I would have liked toast as a Brit. The room had useful amenities like a fridge, safe, and TV, although there were no English channels. I had a great experience at Hotel Marco Polo in Rome and would recommend it.
